How to decorate Glass Ornaments !



Glass Ornaments
Approx. Craft Time: 90 minutes
Skill Level: 3 (1 being the easiest)
Yield: 1 ornament
Tip
To make an inexpensive hanger for drying ornaments,
securely tape an open paper clip under a wall
cabinet.
Materials List
• 2½" glass ball ornament
• Plaid® Gallery Glass® Window Color™: royal blue,
amethyst and white pearl
• Plaid® Gallery Glass® RediLead
™ Strips
• Scissors
• Small paintbrush
• Ribbon, as desired
Step 1
Use RediLead
™ to create 3 horizontal stripes around
ornament. Place first strip around center. Then apply
another line above and below about 1" from the
center strip.
Step 2
Apply royal blue Window Color™ between the upper
and center strips
Step 3
Apply amethyst Window Color™ between the center
and lower strips. Hang to dry completely.
Step 4
Apply swirls of royal blue Window Color™ on top of
dry blue paint.
Step 5
Apply vertical stripes of amethyst Window Color™ on
top of dry purple paint. Hang to dry completely.
Step 6
Swirl white pearl on the top and bottom sections of
the ornament. Hang to dry completely.
Step 7
Add a bow and display.
