Return Refund Cancel and shipping Store Policy (RERCS)

We can take returns within  30 days from the date of your purchase , refunds will be credited after we have received the returns if items are unworn, unwashed , with tag and in the same conditions as you received from us  . Please kindly note that refunds is excluding the shipping cost . Meanwhile , the shipping fee of returns are by customers to pay .
Before you deside to return an item, please kindly contact  customer service to gain more information.
That would be further to avoid  any issues. Thank you for your understanding. 

 Refund
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase.

But if for some reason like ( Damaged , broken, Wrong item ) and we confirm that we have caused the problem  , we will give 100% compensation and refund your money back. Please provide with proof by sending pictures of the item (damaged, broken , wrong item) And If you are not totally satisfied with your order due to (damaged , broken, wrong item) within 7 days from the date you received your item we will refund and Return of the merchandise in the original condition or base in (broken, damaged, wrong item). Please email us to confirm.  
In your email, please include the subjects as following:
(1) Proof of Damage or wrong item like (pictures)
(2) Your Order Number 
(3) Product Code/Product Name 
(4) Details of the reason for your return no other than (Broken , Damaged, Wrong item) we do not return  or Refund upon Size issues. Please be sure before you purchase an Item. We have placed all description possible  and even a sizes converter under description since sizes are in CM to ensure that size is not an issue to ( Return nor Refund) We recommend to ask any question  before you purchase any item from Lbagstylely.com  to ensure total satisfaction in your purchase experience with us. 


Cancel the order

To cancel the order you are requested to send an apply email to us as soon as possible 24hrs.
However, once your parcel has been submitted , very sorry we cannot promise you order could be cancelled or modified. Please kindly make a fully consideration in the Consignee Address as careful as you can be , before you submit the purchasing of an order. 

Shipping / Method 

We DO NOT ship to : P.O. boxes/ APO/FPO as shipment address for dispatch service. Please provide with another type of address. Otherwise, your parcel might be dispatched unsuccessfully and returned to us. It is the buyer's responsibility to bear the shipping cost of double ways .

Shipping Method: 
DHL     (2-5 working days)
USPS   (only for the parcel under 2kg to the US, 4-9 working days)  
Shipping to USA only . 

All transaction of purchase are done directly through  Style.ly or Yardsellr we do not handle any information of Credit card, money order, or any payment all is done trough Style.ly and Yardsellr .
